I believe the choice of objects, shapes, colours, light and shades and brush strokes for a painting could stimulates senses and feelings. And I hope this one sparks a calmness for the viewers.

I consider painting involves the discovery of one's own good self just like zen does. Each painting is another rejuvenation, and I am having lots of fun in painting the beautiful sceneries and still life in watercolour, acrylic, oil paint and water-soluble oil paint.
