Though many places in the Northern Hemisphere are still boiling hot, the mid autumn festival will arrive in a month's time. I thought of my little grand kids in different continents while reliving the fun we had in the festival when we were kids. This little painting carries the happy memory of the full moon in a cool fine autumn night and a kind wish for blessing for the next generation.

I consider painting involves the discovery of one's own good self just like zen does. Each painting is another rejuvenation, and I am having lots of fun in painting the beautiful sceneries and still life in watercolour, acrylic, oil paint and water-soluble oil paint.
