My son commented that the pets always look like human in the portraits I painted for them. Indeed, to me these friends from the Planet Wong Wong and Planet Mew Mew are human in disguise. They are as clever and lovely as us, and are more passionate, honest, true and loyal than many of us. I looooove them.

I consider painting involves the discovery of one's own good self just like zen does. Each painting is another rejuvenation, and I am having lots of fun in painting the beautiful sceneries and still life in watercolour, acrylic, oil paint and water-soluble oil paint.
