Lovely watercolour painting of your dog Georgina, these are a gorgeous breed of dog with faces to die for and you have caught that look here really well with the fullness of the beautiful coat and colour as well

Very sad that Happy passed away on 24 May at the age of 16 years and a half. I miss her. I had never thought of this being the last painting I had for her.

Just spotted this painting of your rough collie Happy in your gallery, she's beautiful.

This is a portrait of my close friend Happy in a lady-like pose. The painting was developed from a monochrome photo taken by my son. We could see colour if our hearts are happy and loving, like what I always see of my four feet friend. The world is monochrome when we are depressed, our hearts are wrapped with sorrow and eyes blurred with tears. Hope you always see colour in all weather of your life.

I consider painting involves the discovery of one's own good self just like zen does. Each painting is another rejuvenation, and I am having lots of fun in painting the beautiful sceneries and still life in watercolour, acrylic, oil paint and water-soluble oil paint.
