It's interesting to see your two versions of same site. This one works better for me: darker foreground leading eye inward; slice of land making sky-color connection clearer; the pop of the bright green; the coolness of distant hills. All beautifully designed.

I agree with Jenny. Both are good, but this is my favourite because I like the simpler style and brighter colours.
