A lovely composition, Frank. I like the textures the Neopastel has created on the Gris paper. This is a medium we see little of. Nice work.

Thanks everyone. Lewis, the first time I used oil pastels, my attempt was so awful that I put them away in the draw and didn’t try them again for two years! Carol J, although Gris paper is not specifically a pastel paper, the pastels take to it very well.

At our art club meeting this month, we all had to use oil pastels. Not the easiest of medium to use, but I think I’m getting the hang of it now Neopastel on Clairefontaine Gris paper 6x6in.
