I really like the colours and blending you have achieved in this Carole, I also like the spatter effect, was that paint or masking fluid?. I really like the clear definition of the bud and leaf on the left hand side in contrast to the rest, a really lovely painting.

Thank you very much for your interesting comments. Malcolm I flicked masking fluid from a palette knife for the rain. Not exactly the right shaped rain but you get the idea ;) I washed out colour from the leaves when nearly dry. Val thanks for noticing the soft effect on the roses.
