Gorgeous colours, Carole and that light patch in the sky finishes it off beautifully. Reminds me very much of Ann Blockley's work.

Agree with the last comment Carole, this is a really nice vibrant painting, like the whole painting very much.

Wow how did u come up with this one Carole , super painting

Thanks very much all. Dennis I just did some fluidly washes in the inks then looked for something that might be a bit interesting and worked on it.

Aaaah - my kind of abstract - really glowing

New technique and interesting result, Carole.

A wonderful, bright and Lovely painting Carole, just Love it :)

OOh...a bonfire...chestnuts and roast potatoes, the smell of smoke and that lovely hot, roaring feel of the air around one...Very evocative, Carole. This really takes me back! Love the powerful upward thrust.

Thank you very much. Ruth great description.

It certainly is fiery Carole...super stuff!

Beautiful clear glowing light, Carole.

Fantastic Carole! And yes, that little patch of light at the top is an inspiration.

Certainly got this right, nearly set my iPad on fire!!! No need to put the heating on for a day or two just sit in front of this! Agree with all that has been said and that patch of brightness......well...!

Full of drama and movement. Super piece, Carole!

Oh goody, bonfire night just needs the treacle toffee and parkin :) Seriously this is so eye catching and vibrant Carole I love it.

Thanks so much for your kind comments they keep me going ! Val don't forget the baked tatties 😉. Michael, sorry about your iPad ! 😆

A real fiery evening Carole! Very apt as we move nearer and nearer to Guy Fawkes Night.

Thanks Sarah and Robert for taking time to comment.
