Lovely drawing skills Carole, a very fine piece indeed, makes a statement.

I can see the tangle of roots and undergrowth Carole and the muted colour really throws the flowers forward.....it's a lovely piece.

It looks fine Carole. A difficult job, just press on it will come right I am sure. Or put it away for week or so then look at it and you will soon know what to do. Like that grey under the colour kind of works.

It's got a lot of fluid movement Carole and beautiful delicate colour. The flowers are thrown forward as Fiona says, maybe you can't see what we see.

We have some pencil lines this time. It looks pretty good this way.

I like it Carole, as John says maybe put it away and come back to it in a few days. The flowers really jump out and look fab.

I can't decide between the two. However, I love the way the leaves force their way out of the paper.

I think it's beautifully done, Carol. I love the composition and the faded edges gives the piece a very effective vignette.
