Not clumsy Carole, they are melting....perhaps, there is a lot of it about! Lol Love the subject matter and the application of paint, especially the granulation.

Carole, this is so lovely The textures in those greens and the sharp lines of the dandelion leaves. Dandelions are such beautiful flowers at all stages of life.

"Cabalito del diablo" (little horseman of the devil) is the Spanish description of the dragon fly. Nice work Carole.

Never mind the wings Carole, for me the real star of this is the area with the dandelion leaf and head which stand out against the light background, and it’s not that clumsy anyway.
