It's lovely Carole, beautiful colours and your interesting technique has added depth and texture. The salt would have killed off any lurking snails!

That's what I hoped Christine, trust you to pick that up! Heehee

Great experiment Carole! Lovely colours and so many unexpected details. The salt didn't work everywhere because I can see one of our friends lurking in the right hand corner.

Very beautiful - light and airy - super colour combinations.

Thank you Thea. Oh eck I thought I had got them all! Thanks Satu :o))

Lovely vibrant painting Carole, the golds and purples look fabulous together.

'There are fairies at the bottom of the garden' love it Carole!

Love this, Carole! It's very atmospheric, and I love the subtle merging of the washes.

Lots of lovely detail and colours. I also feel that is is quite abstracted in its way, which I like.

This is gorgeous and I love the subject.

Thanks for your encouragement Fiona, Debs, Seok, Gudrun and Dawn especially as this technique is a bit adventurous for me.

Wonderful textures and palette. It's brilliant!

Watercolour, acrylic inks, pieces of material placed on wet paint then removed when dry. Bit of salt! Hope you like my experiments.
