The original plant is a deep cerise very beautiful, a gift from the birds. The resulting flowers from the seeds have red, yellow and pink, so pleased with them.

Beautiful as always Carole, you have a great talent for detail, but never overworked.

Neat, clean and beautifully detailed Carole. Love the dark foliage. Green holds no fears for you..(-:

Beautifully done Carole with so much skill.

Beautiful detail and colours. What a great gift from that bird.

Beautiful work Carole.

Pristine, perfect. I love how they came to be!

Now that’s recycling Carole.......beautiful.

Just beautiful! they grow wild here, seeded by birds, too! Often sketch them but not as well as this!

So delicate, Carole. Gorgeous colours.

Good work as ever, Carole. I'm waiting for your botanical calendar :-)

Really pretty, lovely work

How gorgeous these look Carole, the deep cerise colour is fab and you have painted them so well.

Thank you Cesare will have to look into that :). Thank you Hannah.

Thanks so much Margaret.

Tell your birds to come here Carole. They just drop weeds in my garden. Lovely painting.

Sorry about that Dorothy! I don't need birds for weeds, got a garden full :). Thanks Pete x

Bright and fresh, love it.

Beautiful Carole.

Such skilful control of the brush, Carole, and lovely choice of colours. This is brilliant!

Now this is nice Carole, gentle and colourful.....

I love these snap dragons, I've also got some in the garden that have apparently just seeded themselves, they have really stood up to the dry weather and giving a lovely display, 😀

delightful painting Carole

I hope there is still sufficiently space to enter myself in the rows of compliments. A wonderful watercolour Carole!

What a lovely present from the birds Carole. Snapdragons take me back to my childhood, we always had some in the garden.

Thanks all for your very encouraging feedback on this I much appreciate it.
