A lovely experiment, Carole! The textures and shades on the upper left bank, and below, are gorgeous, it looks like real moss sat there on a rocky surface. It's wetting my appetite to get painting!

Super experiment - like the trees but I love the abstract effect without the trees from the horizon line down - makes a great painting in its own right.

Great effects created here Carole, I like this very much

Thank you Ann, Michael and David. I am pleased with the heavy gel mixed with texture for the broken wall.

Wow - I love this. Is this watercolour and what is heavy gel?

Beautiful texture in this one Carole, it's great, I love the colours too. Super work.

Cracking textures, great result.

That's a great effect Carole. The tone and the light produce close to real textures, especially the wall.

Beautiful glow Carole. Pumice is good for doing pastels on holds the pigment, therefore richer and more stable whatever support.

Great job Carole. This mixed media certainly suits you.

Lots of textures in this Carole, another successful experiment.
