What? You’re not prepared to suffer for your art! No, neither would I Emma in the conditions you describe. You’ve certainly caught that ‘hunched up’ look, of birds non too pleased with the weather conditions.

Just a few depressed-looking lapwings huddled on the beach yesterday - not surprising as the sleet was whipping in horizontally from the sea. I did this from memory when I got home as no way was I standing there in that! Watercolour in A5 sketchbook.
