My favourite way to have scallops- lightly seared with black pudding with a brandy and cream sauce served on a crouton. Yum!! Thank you all very much for all of your kind comments. I am learning so much from them and the gallery, and really appreciate the input. I am painting everything thats not bolted down whilst on hols to try and get a handle on watercolour paints.
