I’ve always found the form of the Scots pine architectural and you’ve used it’s silhouetted shape here beautifully Stevan. The lighter dendritic form in the lower centre area looks like the root formation below ground. Looking forward to the series!

Great tree shapes against the light sky. Love the colours, especially the pinks and violets.

Thanks for the great comments. One of the benefits of posting pictures and getting feed back is we understand what works and what doesn't. We also extend our communications and in this case I've learned a new word "dendritic". I've had to look it up and I'm now looking for an opportunity to use it in my own vocabulary.
