I have an idea for a work using water and inks based on the scene of oak trees from my breakfast window and now this skilled piece has given me the kick to start.

This is one of a series of paintings I have done inspired by markings I found on a rock picked off a beach in Cornwall. The effects are created by running Indian ink in to water color paint and I used lots of water to create separation. This one is my personal favorite of the series.
