This is excellent just like the series, they would make excellent postcards for ramblers to send, mind you very few people send them these days.

I like how the figures faces are in alignment. My eyes moved from face to face. Blending ink and watercolor gives a nice effect.

Thank you Everyone, for your kind comments, I greatly appreciate them all as they spur me on. Paul, I know what you mean with regards to the postcards, I am hoping to do twelve to make a calendar so no pressure 😊 Patricia, glad you said that about the alignment of the faces, my first attempt at this one had the two on the right higher than the others and I didn't feel it looked right so changed their position 😀

Another addition to my Rambler series of paintings. Pen and wash using non-waterproof ink so that it blends with the watercolour wash. On Bockingford watercolour paper.

Couldn't draw, didn't know where to start before 2022 but then have undertaken online course and put in plenty of practise and at least know how to approach things now. Just need to keep up the practise!
