Know it well Derek. I was painting outside when a passer by who happened to live along the road, commissioned me there and then. I painted his hose with the mill creatively placed in the background. You could not see the mill from the view from which I painted the house but you can't paint Langstone without including the mill. Nice walk to Emsworth from here too.

Thanks Philip, good one for you, It was all new to me although having been to Hayling before. We are aiming to do that walk sometime too.
