Amazing results, especially because of all the detail in it. The feathers are super as is the flapper's bobbed haircut. I bet you were surprised at how accurately this has turned out and I think that is because when an image is upside down, we let go of our expectations about it and just draw connecting shapes. Brilliant first go!

One line, drawn upside down and yet obviously yours. Are you as surprised as I am the results of drawing in what sounds to be the completely wrong way? At first, the idea sounded so confusing to me. I thought 'no way' can I do that and yet, once I got going I found the one line was actually easier upside down. Perhaps we're more relaxed (after the initial giddy feeling..LOL) This is super first attempt Debs, such a character with a beautiful hair cut and face. The first of many I expect!

I almost missed this one Debs, I do like it and know just what you mean when you say it seems as if someone else drew it that is exactly how I feel with mine! The results are surprising aren't they? Look forward to seeing more.
