Lovely painting Debs--- Great

Very nice! I am impressed you managed the limited colour shceme so well. I Often go to Chester and haven't noticed this. Not a good admission for an artist!!! I will look out for it next time I go there :)

I think you are getting to be the Queen of the Limited Palette, Debs! I love your choice of colours - that unusual soft acid green is a perfect foil for the blues and purples. I think you have been very clever in depicting the flowing lines of the statue and the water by using suggestive colours and swirling shapes. I love it.

Hi Anne - it's actually inside the Cathedral , so you can't see it from outside and you now have to pay £5 to get in - a sad testement of our times I think!
