Stunning artwork David.

You have captured more than a photo -the driver is a lucky man to have this painting as a present.

Beautifully painted the detailing is outstanding.

I love everything about this. The Scania driver will treasure it.

Fantastic painting and sentiment David.

I like your narrative and the pai9nting is first class

This is he good thing about painting. You can show more! Very well done David!

Another fantastic painting. What a lovely gift for the driver.

Very good indeed. I know it's a small thing but it's those seagulls against the dark sky that make it perfect.

Wow.. impresive.

Oh my gosh, what a painting. What a great gift. I am in awe of the skill of truck drivers commandeering large (beautiful) trucks. Beautiful detail. Memorable painting.

The driver of the Scania getting close to retirement reflects on his career whilst waiting to load at Fraserburgh harbour, he remembers his first truck with the company and for a a moment imagines he sees a younger self in his mirror rolling in in a Volvo! A rub of the eyes and he realises it was just a memory! Sometimes a painting captures more than a photo. This painting was a retirement gift from his colleagues
