Yes it was Heather, its over 1000ft high and very wild, distant Tors are 1500ft!!! We walk here as tourist don`t!!!

30 minute watercolour sketch A4. This was done as we sat above Swelltor Quarry(disused) We had a lovely 3 hour walk last Friday, Liz my wife did a sketch as well to get the shape of Tors for a painting she is working on. This is near Princetown a quite wild area where the marines train, in fact we saw a squad of about 20 with all the gear!!
