Lovely watercolour David

Thank you Heather, Pembrokeshire is a lovely place to visit. This view is from the Castle at Laugharne.

This is beautifully painted David, Pembrokeshire is one of my favourite places.

Your watercolours are so beautiful and inspirational David. Love the way you have painted those fields.

This really is a "wow"-picture, David. Beautiful composition and a lot of depth and perspective in it. Love the colour you used!

Hello Carole and Mia, Thank you for your kind words. When i paint mid distant hills/fields, i often glaze a portion with French Ultra to push it back and sometimes glaze with the cloud shadow, this gives a little interest, but does not detract from the centre of interest. Hope this helps.

Works well, love the light filled sky.

Perfect, stunning painting

A very interesting tip regarding glazing. Certainly has the desired effect. Splendid painting.
