I think you have got the mood just right. The flowing river, the moss on the grass alongside, and the hillside in the distance, makes it for a great painting.

‘People Watching’ Oil on canvas, 62 x 52, one of the most challenging pieces I think I’ve done due to the detail, inspired by a rare child free afternoon like the old times, just me and George! Enjoyed a picnic by the beautiful burnsall river for some people watching, some dippers and climbers! I hope you like!
