What a lovely view and painted so well

Beautiful, Colin.

This is very expertly done. In particular the lighter foreground items- the tree and grasses- against the darker background washes. Nice watercolour.

A beautifully loose watercolour

Attractive watercolour, that would grace anyone's wall. I wonder why it is that - to me at least - a fairly loose painting like this looks so much more convincing than tighter efforts? A lovely watercolour - fresh and bright, and loosely painted. I suppose you used masking fluid to isolate the whites of the branches? It works very well.

Lovely work, full of light!

Sorry about the typos

Beautifully done!

Great, love it

This is great Colin. I like the sense of space between the river and the house.
