Thanks for the comments guys - it is an acrylic on paper. Got it all down in 2 hours + another for the drawing.

I love a still life, and you have done a good job here. Like the red touches on the green in the foreground which makes the colours zing! It's a good exercise to produce work under time pressure as you often capture a strong sence of energy.

Just finished this attempt at a still life arrangement - not one of my usual subjects, but found it interesting to convey solid objects and surfaces. It is hard to know if to leave 'open brush strokes' or finish the detail a little more?
