My sincere thanks for all comments, it's always rewarding to see other peoples thoughts about a work. I di like the almost abstract quality of this subject which was what first attracted me to it.

510 x 365 mm on 140 lb NOT paper. This was drawn with a black fine point art pen, Black acrylic ink and watercolour to create he effect. It was a lot of fun to get the effect on of the dirty window without getting the paint on top of the ink, I masked of with paper loosely held.
