Well it’s not a green that I have used for a long time, I must say though Chrissie, I do like it immensely! Impressive piece of work, great style as always.

Thanks Jenny - firstly I had no idea there was a Forum, so when I eventually found it was astonished to find that this painting had indeed inspired the next challenge!!

Acrylic on canvas 38x32cms. I was experimenting with Cobalt Green in this painting -not a strong colour , it combined well with various yellows and even with a violet for the sky. Having just returned from the Angus Glens the colours fo that landscape were uppermost in my mind so it was interesting to explore this palette.
