Lovely painting, I especially like the forground.

Thank you all. It's not very often I paint a picture that I feel completely happy with but this one was one occasion when I did. The glass beads give the painting lots of texture especially in the foreground.

Your images of the South Downs are really colourful and exciting, but I guess the beauty and texture of the glass beads does not show on the computer screen. I know this area well and forgive me for pointing out a spelling error . . . it should read "Cuckmere Haven" .
