Crisp and Dew (Gentleshaw Common, Staffordshire)

A lovely set of paintings, I think this is my favourite. I think you're right about sunrise - can't beat it!

I love these images Carole, I love your use of light and shade and the pastel does make it zing. Simply brilliant makes me wish I could capture the moment so well.

Thank you all for your kind comments. I think winter is such an interesting time to paint, the sun is always low and the colours are more interesting.
