I've enjoyed looking through your work and this is my absolute favourite. The overall shape of the head and placement of the features are really well done. Your accurate drawing allows the personality to come through. The jacket and popper balance the composition really well.

I'm watching Portrait Artist of the Year 2020 on Sky Arts at the moment, and thought I'd see if I could produce a self portrait in 4 hours. I chose pastel pencils on grey Mi Tientes coloured paper - a medium I'm really comfortable with - and I finished it in three and a half hours over 3 sessions.
