Acrylic, conte crayons, lace and tissue paper on single sided card, 56x76cm. I did this drawing during a summer school at Edinburgh College of Art. It was inspired by a photograph of a tree by Lake Johnson in Banff, Canada, which I had taken while out walking with my family on our summer holiday. This picture was selected for an exhibition of work by students at the summer school.
