Walk through the Vines
Vineyards spread across the hillsides close to where I live in Stroud and are situated amongst steep-sided hills and valleys, they constantly remind me of Burgundy and Tuscany where I have visited in the past. Footpaths allow beautiful walks through the vines. This painting is based on a photo I took on a walk on a day when morning mist was beginning to rise and burn away above the hills. painted in oil, on 3mm mdf, 14.5" x 21.75"
