It is a wonderful painting. I love the colours. . . it has a rich, sumptuous feel. . . fruitful and summery!! An absolute delight!

Hang on Studio Wall

This pond is near my home on the fringes of Stroud. I loved the foreground vegetation and decided to paint it as realistically as possible. I've not done this kind of thing before and treated this as a challenge. Painted on 3mm MDF board, 15" x 21"
