Really good and different view of a much painted area Barry. Lovely watercolour work.

Loving the mood and atmosphere, great change from sunny Venice

Great sky Barry and a definite winner with fine techniques

Thank you Jim, Karen and Dennis, I appreciate your comments.

Very nice painting Barry.

As Jim says, this has a different feel to most paintings of this scene.

Love the style and the colours, Barry - should go down well at your next meeting.

I agree with everyone else Barry, it's nice to see Venice painted in a different palette. And it works. I like the warm browns against the greys.

Thank you Margaret, Stephen, Maureen and Margorie, it seems most people like this palette.

Wonderful view Barry, great watercolour as always.

Lovely, I like this very much

Thank you Cesare and David, after a good response I am persuaded to go for the half imperial on Arches.
