Sunday Walking Along the Banks of the Stour


eye catcher Barry and one to be enjoyed with depth and interest taking the eye in. You certainly are getting some crook weather - and here we are in the North Island looking for rain - never seen it so brown in 50+ years of living here.

Thank you a Mike makes an attractive picture but we could do with a few weeks of dry weather.

This is lovely - great colour palette used really well.

Hang on Studio Wall

Last Sunday my partner and I braved the showers and walked along the banks of the river Stour in Bournemouth although to be truthful the river has spilled into much of the surrounding fields. I took a photo and this is my interpretation in watercolour.
