Before the hordes descend - a Southern Hemisphere Christmas

This was done in a workshop earlier this year. I don't know where the photo was taken. I don't think it is very good but it is the closest to a Christmas themed painting that I have. Christmas here is of course at the wrong time of year. If the weather co-operates people come to the beach after the mid-day meal. They haven't arrived yet so the beach is nice and peaceful. Soon the hordes will descend!

Sandra, I’m glad you’ve posted this because I’m going to photo copy it and stick it to every window in my house! All I can see at the moment is grey, grey and more grey...oh and rain! Lol It’s a fabulously sunny, warm and welcoming sight.
