Love this, Anne. So many lovely textures. And a beautiful tree.

Like it a lot Anne it’s beautifully done.

Smashing work

This is lovely Anne. A favourite area of the country of mine!

Awesome, love it

A lot to enjoy in this, Ann. I particularly like the pose of the old boy with the stick, it portrays the awkwardness perfectly.

Great piece Anne, it captures lakeland life.

Wonderful depiction of a busy place. Unfortunately they have sawn the tree down!

Many thanks for your lovely comments, Shirley, Paul, Heather, David, Romila, Lewis, Willie and Stephen! ( Sad to hear about the tree, Stephen.)

Beautifully handled pen and wash Anne! Lovely variety of pen marks with the right strength washes.

A delightful scene well captured Anne. Reminds me of an extremely wet break in Windermere some years ago! Beautiful area even in a downpour!

Many thanks for your lovely comments, Fiona, Paul and Tessa! ( Tessa - yes it certainly is a beautiful area to visit but preferably without the rain!)

Many thanks, Maureen!

Thank you very much, David!

Many thanks, Karen!
