I always admire artists who can paint street scenes, this is one of the best I've seen, so busy and atmospheric, brilliant work.

I remember flying into HK island before the "new" airport was built. You could see into the windows of people's flats. Very realistic, I like it a lot.

A piece of whimsy. Hong Kong (Kowloon) in the 1960s. I have to admit to inventing the street and signage. A Hong Kong Chinese friend advised me that the signs are legible and make sense! Oil illustration on board.
