This is really beautifully done, such a superb building on the “Isle Ely “a view I know very well . You have captured the East Anglia big sky so well particularly the storm brewing look.

It’s SO not a sketch Antony! It is brilliant as it is with lovely atmosphere and wonderful detail and is a great painting. Gold frame, London art gallery, £3,000. Done!

Thank you everyone... the original looks a bit 'rougher and readier' than here in the gallery. It might need varnishing and framing to finish it off, but I may only varnish it; then keep it in the storage cupboard.
