Lovely colours in the water with a real sense of movement cascading down the moss covered rocks. My sort favourite sort of place.

I almost feel as though I'm there. Sitting on the rocks, dipping my toes into that cold water. Smelling the damp earth all round. Spellbinding.

This, my favourite waterfall, lies about 90 minutes drive from home; its the tallest in England or Wales falling over a blue Limestone ridge, and following heavy rain, as here, it positively roars; an inspiration; this last of the three paintings focuses on the last falls as the water plunges below the viewing bridge, capturing the wonderful colours on the peaty waters. Acrylic on canvas 20x30 inches, £575 plus p&p, July 2019
