Thank you Diana, it took me back too.....first of all remembering how to make them - without splitting the stems completely! But it was a lovely subject to paint, not least because every flower was so different in character and colouring.

Just completed: 'Daisy Chain' (55 x 33 cms)....and yes, I did pick and make the original daisy chain myself, using locally sourced, organically grown flowers... :) Delighted to say that this painting was accepted for Southampton City Art Gallery's Open Art Exhibition. On display from the 25 June to 10 September 2016. Free admission!
