Thank you Willie :-) I think it was one of those 'being in the right place at the right time' moments, with the tide in the right place, the sunlight perfect and the birds all nicely arranged - either bobbing, preening or flapping about! Thank you for the great compliment!

Thank you Jim :) The seascape came together really quickly and was painted with a palette knife- patience was definitely needed for the birds which were added with a paintbrush! Thank you for taking the time to comment :)

Thank you David, in a nutshell it was the contrast of the white of the birds compared to the seashore colours which compelled me to paint this! So you are spot on! :)
