Wow Linda that is so good, I have really enjoyed watching it develop , you should be very proud of yourself. The gulls add so much to the finish and the cottage has turned out beautifully.

This is brilliant Linda. Love the textures and your subtle palette and that brilliant background.

Really well done Linda, it’s a beaut!

Well done, Linda, some lovely work in this painting. I particularly like the foreground.

Have watched this developing on the forum - really good Linda I like it a lot particularly the rocks in the foreground

I also watched its progression on the Forum, Linda. The result is stunning. Love the scenery and the depth in it. Great colour palette too.

Really enjoyed watching this evolve Linda. A beautiful painting.

Aha so the cottage finally arrived successfully despite all concerns! I’ve also been following progress on the Forum Linda. The gulls add perspective and atmosphere and the rocks are super. I like the merging of sea and sky also.

A damn good end result Linda, well done!

Thanks all, yes that damned cottage proved a headache in the end!! lesson learnt, don't leave blank spaces when working in oils!!! Thanks to Alan he saved the day!!!

This is lovely, Linda, colours and textures (especially the foreground) and the birds bring it to life.

Superb Linda. Can't say more !!

One word, superb Linda! There is lots to love about your painting, my favourite has to be the way you have painted the seamless horizon. But you have also captured the wild, rugged landscape in your brush work.....it’s a winner Linda!

Lovely colours

Thank you Richard, Dawn, Fiona ,Jenny and Ceri for your kind comments, as always really appreciated.
