The whole design is unusual in colour, composition and shapes. A very creative, versatile painting Linda, which could be adapted to many uses.

Sorry I missed this Linda, just spotted it on the forum under September challenge. You’ve hit the mark ref stained glass, very effective. I love the way everything intermingles but is seamless, it has an arts and crafts look in style.

Thanks Fiona, rather than going straight in with drawing, I laid the leaves out on my paper first to get the best effect. Linda

Great use of colours and composition: it just works; each form complimenting and "suporting" each other with one form taking your eye to another form: it does not allow you to just glance and "move on".

I have chosen a selection of leaves from the garden painted over the Bank Holiday weekend and finished off today. Inkbrush pen and neon gel pen was used in my painting, size A4. 220 grm Daler Rowney heavy sketching paper stretched.
