Thank you all for such encouraging comments, it's nice just to get the pencils out, especially when it's cold and you can just sit, relax and sketch, I really enjoyed doing this but nobody has mentioned my BIG mistake, 😂😂😂

PS my father in law was in Burma, but h never talked about it.

A super drawing Linda, some nice depths of tone. Would the mistake refer to his rank insignia, four stripes? My father served in Burma.

Will check his stripes out Fiona but it wasn't that, and my father in law was in the Royal Marines and thank you for your comment 😀
