It’s superb and definitely need something done with it not just sit in a garage . It would make great cards for general use , thank you etc.

Paul, thank you. Your comments are very helpful.

Paul, actually the painting is not in the garage: it's all those bits of ironware that reminds me that I should be sorting out the garage! My garage is far too damp to put any paintings in so studio gets cluttered!

Excellent painting done with great detail 👍

It's a wonderful watercolour, looks more like an oil. Yes, definitely go for printing of some kind

Sorry Alix I misread your original comment,I should get new specs or learn to read better or even both.

It's a superb painting! Yes go for prints

Great, Alix. I think you should go for prints, of course.

It's fabulous Alix and well worth printing.

It’s a very accurate and beautifully painted Omani doorway. I would definitely go for prints!

The question is more - have you got an outlet for the prints? Very skillful painting by the way.

Beautiful warm tones and great clarity. It’s a cracker

Well, what wonderful people you are! Thank you so much for your comments Stephen, Heather, Dixie, Anne, Coral, Chris, Spencer, Marjorie, Martin and Russell. Re outlet, yes, possibly but not easy. Will have a ponder!

This is brilliant! Definitely get prints of it.

Fiona, thanks so much for your endorsement re printing it!

A superbly detailed painting. Great composition

Thank you so much, Christine. I really can't imagine why I ever thought I could attempt it. Must have been much fuller of vigour back then!

A wonderful composition with a great expression of textures. I never would have guessed it was a watercolour. Superb.

Souk shop door still life, Oman. Watercolour. A painting done way back in 2001! It shows a fascinating mixture of odds and ends, all practical stuff. As winter tends to turn thoughts towards sorting out the garage, I thought I'd rather post this! Should I make prints? What do you think?
