Acrylic on HP watercolour paper laminated onto cradled board 10 x 8". The Blue Anchor Inn is a much loved historical pub in Helston, Cornwall- home to the famous Spingo ale! I loved painting the weathered stone of the walls, the gorgeous colours of the flowers in the hanging baskets and the character of this ancient pub.
