I like the subdued palette and delicately placed brushstrokes, biomimicking the subdued, muffled atmosphere of the snowy landscape, just after the snow has fallen!! (Bet you didn't think I had it in me to come out with such lyricism, ya Jedi!!)

Thanks for all your comments guys!! Phil, I wish I had the required committment to stand in the snow and cold and paint!! I have walked past this view so many times I could probably do it from memory, but this one was done with the aid of a photo, although that was quickly put away as the paint took over. Colleen, I would expect nothing less :) (lol). Have a great Christmas all xx
